Kick off your visit on the 7th (Fri): stop by Himalayan Threads Handicrafts Shop, soothe aching muscles at some of the top local wellness centers, and then glide through the air with a parasailing or paragliding tour.

Gaya, India to Pokhara is an approximately 14.5-hour car ride. You can also do a combination of flight and car. Traveling from Gaya to Pokhara, you'll lose 0.2 hours due to the time zone difference. Traveling from Gaya in June, things will get little chillier in Pokhara: highs are around 36°C and lows about 26°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 7th (Fri) so you can travel to Kathmandu.

You can do a combination of flight and car from Pokhara to Kathmandu in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus.
