City of Sun

As Valencia’s second largest city and one of the most well-known along the Costa Blanca, Alicante has an enchanting atmosphere that blends rich history with animated beach life.
Castillo de Santa Barbara and MARQ Museo Arqueologico de Alicante are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Museum-lovers will get to explore Museo de Arte Contemporaneo de Alicante (MACA) and Museo de Hogueras. Explore Alicante's surroundings by going to Elche (Museo del Palmeral Huerto de San Placido & Palmeral of Elche), Cartagena (Plaza del Ayuntamiento & Museo Del Teatro Romano) and Benidorm (Playa de Levante, Platja de Ponent, &more). The adventure continues: don't miss a visit to Explanada de Espana, examine the collection at Museo The Ocean Race, get engrossed in the history at Centro de Interpretacion Sobre Los Refugios Antiaereoos, and kick back and relax at Playa Gandia.
