Mumbai, India to Kathmandu is an approximately 6.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of train and car. Pokhara

Pokhara, the second largest city in the country, attracts visitors with its superlative natural wonders and easygoing atmosphere.
Start off your visit on the 1st (Sat): explore the activities along Phewa Tal (Fewa Lake), fly like a bird with a parasailing or paragliding tour, and then soothe aching muscles at some of the top local wellness centers. Keep things going the next day: take in the awesome beauty at Sarangkot, then stop by Himalayan Threads Handicrafts Shop, and then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Peace Temple.

Traveling by combination of car and flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. Traveling from Kathmandu in May, Pokhara is a bit warmer at night with lows of 22°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 2nd (Sun) to allow time to travel back home.
