Wailea is a census-designated place (CDP) in Maui County, Hawaii, United States. Take a break from the city and head to Pipiwai Trail and Makena Beach. You'll discover tucked-away gems like Polo Beach and Big Beach. Step out of Wailea with an excursion to Pools at Ohe'o in Haleakala National Park--about 1h 20 min away.
