Getting from Pokhara to Sauraha by flight takes about 2.5 hours. Other options: drive; or take a bus. Traveling from Pokhara in June, expect Sauraha to be somewhat warmer, temps between 40°C and 30°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 2nd (Sun) early enough to travel to Kathmandu.
