A city famed for its underground music scene, Bergen also serves as the gateway to the fjords of Norway's western coastline.

The cultural and economic hub of northern Norway, Tromso boasts a historical city center containing one of the highest concentrations of wooden houses in Europe.

The largest town on the Lofoten Islands, Svolvaer serves as a good base from which to launch your tour of the archipelago.
