Horquetas is the name of the district number 3 of the canton of Sarapiquí, which in turn belongs to the province of Heredia in Costa Rica.LocationIt is located in the northern region of the country and borders the neighborhoods of Puerto Viejo to the north, Varablanca de Heredia to the south and La Virgen to the west. Start off your visit on the 18th (Sun): tour the pleasant surroundings at Pierella Ecological Garden, then take a memorable tour with Rainforest Adventures, and then learn about wildlife with up-close encounters at Frogs Heaven.
