Santa Pola is a coastal town located in the comarca of Baix Vinalopó in the Valencian Community, Spain, by the Mediterranean Sea. El Palmeral and Santuario Santa Magdalena are good opportunities to explore the local culture. For shopping fun, head to Mercadillo de Campo de Guardamar or Ruta Outlet Elche Parque Empresarial. Get out of town with these interesting Santa Pola side-trips: Playa San Juan (in Playa San Juan), Playa El Moncoyo (in Guardamar del Segura) and Vina Elena (in Jumilla). There's still lots to do: step off the mainland to explore Isla de Tabarca, stroll around Reina Sofia Park, identify plant and animal life at Wildlife Areas, and stroll through Playa El Campo.
