A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Parco del Valentino and Santuario della Consolata. Visiting Lake Orta and Colline di Torino will get you outdoors. Explore Turin's surroundings by going to Orta San Giulio (Chiesa parrocchiale di Santa Maria Assunta, San Giulio Island, &more), Abbazia di Santa Maria di Vezzolano (in Albugnano) and Cantina del Nebbiolo (in Vezza d'Alba). Cefalù is a city and comune in the Province of Palermo, located on the northern coast of Sicily, Italy on the Tyrrhenian Sea about 70km east of the provincial capital and 185km west of Messina. On the 24th (Sat), look for gifts at Enoteca le Petit Tonneau, then take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Rocca di Cefalu, then visit Cefalu Coast, and finally make a trip to Lavatoio Medievale.

With its warm island weather and cliffside location overlooking the Ionion Sea, Taormina has been one of Sicily's most popular getaway destinations since the early 19th century.
