Nestled on the banks of the Perfume River, the city of Hue remains most famous as the former home of the Nguyen Dynasty, the influence of which remains evident in local palaces, temples, forts, and museums.

Step out of Hue to go to Vinh An and see City of Ghosts - An Bang Cemetery, which is approximately 52 minutes away. Spend the 30th (Fri) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. Spend the 12th (Thu) exploring nature at Bach Ma National Park. There's still lots to do: contemplate the long history of Imperial City, head outdoors with Outdoor Activities, take in the spiritual surroundings of Thien Mu Pagoda, and relax and rejuvenate at some of the best spas.
