In many ways the most modern of Italian cities, Milan is a busy, elegant metropolis with an impressive list of grand palaces, fine churches, and important museums.
On the 6th (Sun), get engrossed in the history at Basilica di Sant'Ambrogio, take in the spiritual surroundings of Il Cenacolo, then explore the different monuments and memorials at Monumental Cemetery, and finally go for a walk through I Navigli. On the next day, explore the different monuments and memorials at Mausoleo della famiglia Crespi and then get outside with Aero Club Monte Cornizzolo.
