Palau is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Sassari in the Italian region Sardinia, about 220km north of Cagliari and about 30km northwest of Olbia. Kids will enjoy Speed Boats Tours and Spiaggia di Talmone. There's still lots to do: take a tour by water with Boat Tours & Water Sports, enjoy the sand and surf at Porto Pollo, stroll through La Sciumara - Rada di Mezzo Schifo, and take an in-depth tour of La Fortezza di Monte Altura.

Carloforte is a fishing and resort town of located on Isola di San Pietro, approximately 7km off the southwestern coast of Sardinia, in southern Sardinia, Italy.HistoryAccording to a legend, a local church was founded in the early 14th century in honour of hundreds of participants to the so-called Children's Crusade of 1212 who perished in a shipwreck just off the island on their way to North Africa during a gale.
