City of the Tribes

A major hub for visitors exploring Ireland's western regions, Galway serves as a city of art and culture, renowned for its vibrant lifestyle and numerous festivals.
Get outdoors at Dromoland Castle and Burren Nature Sanctuary & Cafe. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Royal Abbey of Cong and The Irish Workhouse Centre. Venture out of the city with trips to Cong (Bog Oak Sculpture & Monk's Fishing House), Diamond Hill (in Letterfrack) and The Wormhole (in Inishmore). There's lots more to do: admire the natural beauty at Circle of Life National Organ Donor Commemorative Garden, take in the spiritual surroundings of St. Augustine's Church, admire the landmark architecture of Kilmacduagh Tower, and stroll around Rinville Park.
