Kick off your visit on the 10th (Thu): get great views at Cliffs of Moher, then explore the fascinating underground world of Aillwee Cave, then steep yourself in history at Poulnabrone Dolmen, and finally walk around Burren National Park. Keep things going the next day: tour the pleasant surroundings at Lahinch Beach and then step into the grandiose world of Bunratty Castle & Folk Park.

Change things up with a short trip to Killarney National Park in Killarney (about 1h 25 min away). Spend the 12th (Sat) exploring the striking scenery along Slea Head Drive.
