Australia's New World City

Queensland’s biggest town and state capital, Brisbane has an attractive, manicured image based around its riverside aesthetic as well as the contrast between its high-rise center and extensive urban greenery.
Discover out-of-the-way places like Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve and Old St Stephen's Catholic Church (Pugin Chapel). Venture out of the city with trips to Kondalilla Falls (in Montville), Maroochydore (Maroochydore Beach & Maroochydore, Sunshine Plaza) and Caloundra (Queensland Air Museum & Bulcock Beach). There's much more to do: steep yourself in history at Newstead House, examine the collection at Queensland Museum & Sciencentre, pause for some serene contemplation at Albert Street Uniting Church, and appreciate the history behind Bee Gees Way.
