Kathmandu

Once synonymous with the mysterious and inaccessible Shangri-La, today Kathmandu draws an ever-increasing number of tourists, catering to independent travelers of various budgets.
You'll discover tucked-away gems like Kathmandu Durbar Square and Safaris. Change things up with a short trip to Siddhi Lakshmi Temple in Bhaktapur (about 38 minutes away). Nagpur, India to Kathmandu is an approximately 12-hour flight. You can also drive. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 0.2 hours traveling from Nagpur to Kathmandu. Traveling from Nagpur in June, expect Kathmandu to be a bit cooler, temps between 34°C and 22°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 8th (Tue) to allow enough time to travel to Pokhara.
