10 days in Devonport & Hobart Itinerary

Sydney to Devonport is an approximately 5.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of car and ferry; or do a combination of train and ferry. Expect a bit cooler temperatures when traveling from Sydney in December; daily highs in Devonport reach 25°C and lows reach 10°C. You will have some time to spend on the 24th (Thu) before leaving for Hobart.

Traveling by car from Devonport to Hobart takes 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or fly. In December, plan for daily highs up to 24°C, and evening lows to 13°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 29th (Tue) to allow enough time to travel back home.
