One of our favourite temples, a perfect example of a simple community temple without all the extravanganza of the more popular or "landmark" temples. We often visit here to give alms, food offerings, and donate money to help pay for funeral arrangements for the homeless or less fortunate. Small, peaceful, but does get pretty busy during the holidays or on particular days of the Buddhist calendar.

The Abbot is quite old after having in charge of this temple for so many years. Not many foreigners knew that he is supporting the villagers children's education besides the free coffins . Kindly donate generously.
