I'm so glad I signed up! I was on the fence but wow, what an experience! Mon is an amazing host and teacher. He loves his spice! I plan on making each of the 4 dishes when I get back to Canada but in the meantime, it'll help me know what to order at restaurants. I also had a great social experience with the other guests. I left full and happy.

Such a great cooking course! Mon teaches in small groups and takes the time to introduce you to the basic ingredients before getting into the cooking part. Really enjoyable and relaxed!!!
