Muri Abbey (German: Kloster Muri) is a Benedictine monastery dedicated to Saint Martin of Tours. It flourished for over eight centuries at Muri, in the Canton of Aargau, near Basel, Switzerland. Very old st. Benedict
A visit to Muri is necessary for the historical interest of the place but alas there are very few explanations in French and the audioguides are in German or English. Very beautiful baroque abbey and magnificent cloister with paintings on glass.
