  You don't need a lot of time in this museum, but it is well worth having a peep inside. Most of the descriptions are in Dutch so an English speaker must imagine the meaning of some of the displays...  more »

  You can visit this place for free. It has a tiny exhibition of old bank notes and some coins plus photos of former Treasury officials. Explanations are in Dutch only. A good place to nip into while.....  more »

  Great history and structure and a great museum but all descriptions were in Dutch. Alas my Dutch is not that good. Saw plenty of students visiting to learn about their history. The surround architecture was great and mostly well maintained.

  Old historic center of the city. Totally intact. The (white) guide is whitewashing the slave history a bit.
