  If travelling from Alicante it is better to get off the tram at the stop immediately after Villajoyosa as it is much closer to the Valor factory. Go up the street ( away from the sea) ) and it’s on...  more »

  I don't know how anyone can not give Valor 5 stars. Great to look back and hear about the history of the business, see the factory at work and plenty of free samples!! Well worth a visit!  more »

  Great experience. Only few steps from the beach you can find one of the biggest chocolate factory in Spain. Even more you can take a tour through a small museum, the factory, short movie show and finally shop with superior Valor products. All together it takes about 40 minutes of slow walk with some interesting facts to be remembered. Even if you dont like boring museum trips you will find it interesting and delicious. The best is at the end - free samples of gorgeous chocolates made in factory you just visited...

  Very interesting The museums shows the history of the Valor family and how it started in 1882, including procedures of how chocolate was made by hand, including original tools and macinery which have been preserved. The factory was amazing to see and the smell was out of this world. The chocolate almond is the most popular and delicious. I highly recommend the hot chocolate drink, superior quality compared to other hot chocolate I have had.
