Sea Saffron, Valencia

This is a real gem of a tour. We joined a very small group & were guided round the City of Arts & Sciences by a knowledgeable & enthusiastic guide. Don't expect a detailed tour of the whole site! The tour provides an overview of the urban park & wonderful buildings, so leave time to go back independently, & explore. The gastronomic part of the tour will take you to an apartment on floor 29 with wonderful views of the city. A chef will cook a range of lovely tapas dishes, & these are accompanied by excellent wines. Our guide Nacho even managed to magic up a beautiful sunset. Worth every Euro!

We had chosen this event to celebrate my birthday, so of course I came with great expectations. These expectations were not only fulfilled but exceeded. Eduardo and Nik were incredibly courteous and picked us up at the hotel with a limousine. The following tour through the Science City was very interesting and interactive. When we arrived in Eduardo's apartment we felt right at home. We were so warmly welcomed with wine and tasty tapas. The view on the roof terrace and the following tapas rounds made the evening perfect. Many thanks again to Eduardo, who made this birthday so unforgettable!
