Adventure Rider Centre, Mijas

What a fabulous 2 days riding we have just had. Forget about the rest and go here for the best. Quality equipment, quality instruction on the best trails in southern Spain. Average day was 70-100km with 90% on the pegs on an assortment of difficulty levels. Definitely going back.

Went to one of my favorite places during november for some nice riding and training with Adventure Rider Centre as I´ve done before. However, this time it ended a little bit different and I wish to share my experiance to whomever are deciding what Bike company they want to pick. During Last day of riding I lost my balance in a small passage and I fell, sliping down the hill which resulting in a broken handwrist. This is where a companies experiance and professionalism really are tested. Our guide Baz took action directly and my protection gear was of in minutes (before adrenalin was of). A special plate on the arm and bandage was fixed to make my arm more comfortable. The Centre was called and Kaz and Nicky was directed to drive me to the local private hospital. When arriving the medics were already waiting to minimalice the waiting time. Because of the language barriar Nicky helped me with all the Spanish translation. After X-ray and my arm was in plaster I was ready to go back to hotel. Met the guys coming back from days tour with Baz (about 17.00). I was injured about 13.00. Next day I went home to Sweden for a visit to my hospital and they were happy with the plaster and action. I was operated a few days later with plates in arm fixed with screws. Must say I am very impressed how fast ADV Rider Center took action when the unexpected happend. Just knowing that I´m in good hands from start to finish and that I can count on them just speaks professionalism. This is not only important for me, but for my family back home.
