    I was there in May as it is quite at that time of year. The crowds have not yet arrived. The best time to walk here is in the early morning when it is fresh, not cold and quiet and peaceful.  more »

    Ideal place for walkers, runners, cyclist, and people who enjoy wildlife. A few km of paths in the middle of the dunes of Guardamar between the beach and the center of the town. It is an excellent...  more »

    It's a beautiful area of preservation that has been converted in an exceptional area for walking and cycling. The paths run all the way through the dunes from a couple of points in the town, to various points along the sea and to the Dunas de La Marina port. Can picnic in the shade of the trees. Of course, it's a protected zone, so no camp fires, BBQs and as everywhere else, take your rubbish home or use the bins. Lots of benches along the routes and bird/squirrel boxes put up. Just beautiful :)

    We came here to do some orienteering training, but the park itself is lovely and a great place to go for a walk. The park right next to this has a lovely play area for kids of various sizes plus ponds full of terrapins and birds. Final bonus, only 5 minutes walk from the beach!
