  • Worth taking the detour to see this place. You can spend a whole day here wandering around the cape .  more »
  • The road to the castle is is on crooked roads and goes up. To be able to get to this road, you should know that it is narrow and narrows the further up you get. It is extremely important to get along....  more »
  • The arrival route to this place is very challenging. Narrow and winding. With a lot of tourist traffic, there is a lot of stopping and waiting for oncoming cars. Recommends visitors who have the opportunity to visit this place out of high season. I have wanted to visit this place for a long time. I do night photography. Then good research is always needed in daylight. I search for places with low light pollution from the earth. And this place was a perfect choice. In this area there were many motives to choose from. This evening I got in visual contact with the Milky Way just an hour after sunset. After two hours it was absolutely magical. Next time I'll stay there all night.
  • The road to this point of interest is a little bit challenging, but nonetheless beautiful trip. Make sure that you arrive in the morning to avoid a visit during the hottest hours of the day, since it is quitte a bit of walking on site. If you want to see all of the cannons, military buildings, enjoy the magnificent scenery and spectacular views of the coastal area you can easily expect a 2 to 3 hour visit. Important tip: don't forget water, food and some protection for the sun. The only downside to this important military site is the lack of (English translated) information on site regarding the history of the buildings, canons and warning signs. Make sure to look up some information beforehand if this is important to you. Note for all: Even if you are not interested in the historic military use of this location the scenery and view is definitely worthwhile.
