A couple months ago these dates were dry, old, and the packaging was terrible. I was just about to look for another brand to find better dates. But a couple months after, the company changed their dates and packaging. Now I plan to only buy from this brand because the improvement in the dates are amazing and delicious. Al Madinah Al Mounawarah Dates will always be in my life forever.

KM Trading Dubai Dates Worms & Dirts Hi, I would like to draw your attention to the following incident that happened recently in Dubai and has left me and my family humiliated. last month I had invited my family friends to Dubai to take part in the DSF (Dubai shopping festival) for 10 days and they totally enjoyed the activities along with shopping and exploring international cuisine. On the last day of their return, that is on the 14th of Jan 2019, I decided to buy them some local dates as a goodwill gesture, so i bought them 2 kg of Al Madina Dates made by Tomoor from KM Trading Dubai. After getting back to India, my friend decided to open the packet of dates presented to them to distribute to his friends and family, the moment of truth had just hit them, to his dismay he found out that the box of Al Madina Dates made by Tomoor from KM Trading was full of worms & dirt, I couldn't believe this at first as this is unlike Dubai dates and has never occurred to me in my whole stint of more than 12 years here in Dubai, I still thought they are pulling my leg, until i saw these pics (please see attached). This was the most humiliating moment for us both as we have to cut a sorry figure in front of our own family and friends and were later made a laughing stock for the highly qualified dates from Dubai. The very next day I approached KM Trading to find out why this happened and who is responsible for this? KM Trading managers response was, this not their fault and they have nothing to do with this, so they forward my details to the supplier of Al Madina Dates. After 2 long days Mr.Anoop from Jaleel Trading contacted me and apologized for what has happened, I told him that it is ok what has happened has happened and I requested him to send some good quality dates back to my friend's address if possible and let them know your sorry for what has happened and he agreed and took the postal address of my friend and said will do the arrangement at the earliest. After a few days when I did not see any response from Mr Anoop from Jaleel Trading who had promised to arrange for the delivery of dates, I tried to get in touch with him, but there was no response from him, so I had no other option left than to contact KM Trading again, the Manager there told me that they will look into the matter and get back, and then the next day Mr Anoop from Jaleel Trading called me and informed me that he cannot do anything in this regard, also he will not be able to fulfill any of the commitments he had made earlier. This incident has made me feel insulted on multiple occasions, firstly in front of my relatives and friends and then cheating me with false promises, I strongly feel KM Trading Dubai, Jaleel Trading and Tomoor has no value for there customer service what so ever, and customer satisfaction is at the least priority for them.
