Located at the foot of a steep glacial hill, Archeopark showcases a selection of lifelike statues of prehistoric animals and humans. The geological and archaeological monument features life-sized mammoths, bison, deer, wolves, bears, and woolly rhinoceroses, as well as human ancestors who shared the planet. An archaeological exhibit examines life in the community throughout history. At night all the statues are lit by multicolored lights. Admission is free; the park is easily reachable from the city center by car and public transportation.
