Admire one of the most mysterious monuments of church architecture from the turn of the 18th century in Moscow Oblast at Church of The Holy Virgin. Built of local white stone in Baroque style, the church was richly decorated in European manner with figures of angels and saints. It houses a 150-year-old icon of the Blessed Virgin Mary, considered sacred by parishioners.
