Perched on a mountainside surrounded by tall pines and mist, Kjeasen Mountain Farm sits 600 m (1,969 ft) above the fjord below. A trail leads hikers up the mountainside to this farm's now-famous location. For a long time you could only get there on foot, but now a single-lane winding road and hand-carved tunnel give cars access as well. Note, however, that the narrow road requires a strict traffic system: cars can only go up on the hour and down on the half hour. If hiking, the route takes 1.5 hours in each direction.
