Lovely out of the way beach. No facilities, no accessibility access. Long flight of steep concrete steps to access the beach. Volcanic black sand is a novelty. Amazing snorkeling along the shore. more »

Due to volcanos, this beach is grey sand. I liked that grey sand. It is unique. I liked the palm trees. There was a boardwalk as well. and a shelter. There were a lot of people on the besch... more »

Amazing beach. It's the little sibling of Anse Doufur, but with black sand. You will find shade but not in the afternoon because the sun sets directly in front of the beach. Sometimes you can see turtles here as well, and there is a livelier underwater scene than in Anse Dufour. Make sure to check out the pelicans and the way they fish!

A pretty spot with a long stairway down to the water. There is a kayak rental place. The day we were there, the water was unfortunately murky and dirty, and full of jelly fish.
