The Neo-Byzantine Nativity of Christ Cathedral represents the largest Orthodox cathedral in the Baltic region, renowned for striking icons that cover most of its interior walls. Observe the 19th-century edifice and admire its pastel interior featuring representations of Christ and saints. You'll have the chance to see typical Orthodox ornaments and frescoes characteristic of the Byzantine era. From a distance, the cathedral dominates the landscape with its bright golden domes. You are welcome to buy candles here and light them in memory of loved ones. While there is no entry fee, the church accepts donations.     Really nice cathedral, they were preparing for mass, the colour arrangement inside is very unique and lively, a lot of different mix of ideas , it's definitely worth a visit but since it's not in the old town a lot of people tend to overlook it but it's only about 10 mins walk from the old town
