An original Japanese addition to Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea features nautically themed attractions, rides, and shows inspired by myths of the sea. The park contains seven different areas: Mermaid Lagoon, American Waterfront, Lost River Delta, Port Discovery, Arabian Coast, Mediterranean Harbor, and Mysterious Island. Check out the Venetian gondolas, an underwater world out of the imagination of the science fiction writer Jules Verne, and the S.S. Columbia steamship. Unlike its neighboring Disneyland, this park contains higher quality dining options where guests can order alcoholic beverages. Didn’t get to ride most of the rides because of the queue or slots already filled. But we still enjoyed the stroll, with all the picturesque architecture. My favourite area is the Agrabah... more »

I've only been to the parks in the US, but the people stating this is the BEST Disney park in the entire world, are not wrong. If you're a ride junky, short line person, or staunch american food... more »

I'm a big fan of Disney parks in the US, so it was fun to see a Tokyo's take on Disney. Disney Sea is unique and worth a visit if you want to see something new from Disney. The rides are all in Japanese (which is expected) and they don't do any pin trading in these parks. They don't really even sell Disney pins! They are huge into the Duffy character in Tokyo, which is a teddy bear. Overall a fun and interesting experience, but would not recommend going when it's so cold because I'm sure it's a much more enjoyable park when it's warmer.

We are big Disney fans and this is the most beautiful Disney Park we have visited. The line ups were long and it was windy so we dressed for the weather. Everything is really well organized. The staff are welcoming and kind. The food is really good too. The characters are the sweetest and so interactive. We had a great time.
