Step into Green Grotto Caves, a series of naturally sculpted caves filled with interesting geological formations. Situated on Jamaica's northern coast, the caves gained their name from the green algae that covers their walls. You aren't the first to think the caves would make a good underground lair for a supervillain: they served as the location for Doctor Kananga's base in the 1973 James Bond film, "Live and Let Die."     Have you been to other caves, sinkholes, cenotes? Then you've been to this one. It was nice, but nothing spectacular..

    Very neat tour of these caves. Really good guide that pointed out lots of interesting features and historical facts about the caves. We booked going through the caves as an excursion from our cruise. I highly recommend this! Great fun. Took my father (71) and daughter (7) and neither had any issues with the walk. Recommend if you like historical info too.
