Constructed in 1310 as a burial site, Cloister of Santa Chiara shares Neapolitan religious and artistic history. Explore the Gothic-style basilica and its ten chapels.   • Even though is partly on renovation, this is a very interesting place to visit. For a 6 eur ticket, you can get visit the cloister (the main attraction), the museum and the ruins. The cloister with.....  more »
  • Church stands in a park like setting with a playground. It’s an impressive structure in terms is scale and scope. Noticeably free of graffiti.  more »

  • Beautiful cloister in the center of Naples. The tiled benches and painted walls are stunning and worth the 6 euro entry. There is a small museum and archaeological area that explains the history of the cloister.
  • This is probably the most aesthetic place in Naples and one of my favourites. It's perfect to spend the most warm hours of the day admiring the characteristics Maioliche and walking around the cloister. In the inside there's also a double language video explaining the history of Santa Chiara and the abbey. Also the museum with the old Roman church's ruins is really worthy
