    I visited the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana in December 2019. I had a hard time finding it and ended up walking around for 45 minutes with my map and asking several people (in Italian) for directions. But.....  more »

    The courtyard is very beautiful. The library is interesting as is the artwork inside the museum. I found the one large hall with the statues particularly interesting as well as the very pretty...  more »

    Loved this place. One of my favorite museums. I really like how they have the lights dimmed and then put little spot lights on the pieces. I think this really brings the works to life. Also to see Raphael's cartoon put together is worth the price of admission alone. The leonardo codices are very interesting as well.

    Great museum and art gallery. Nice display of various classical artists paintings and other works of art. Excellent audioguides (only 3 euros). Air conditioning. Nice bookstore with selection of English titles. No cafeteria. Recommended.
