At the Irish whiskey experience, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy an interactive journey through the world of Ireland’s native spirit. Irish whiskey production is steeped in history and is part of Ireland’s heritage. We have made a short film which tells this story. Visitors will be guided through a sensory perception lesson by passionate and knowledgable experts, before engaging in a comparative tasting of some fine Irish whiskeys.     Stopped by for an Irish (master) whiskey experience! We did the Jameson tour but this was much more informative. 2 short movies and 5 high ranked whiskeys to sample. Alan was great and really knew his whiskey through and through! It was small group so we were able to ask plenty of questions too, thank you!

    Stopped into the Celtic bar & larder while in Killarney, decided to sign up for the Whiskey and Cheese tasting. Alan was an awesome 'guide' and I learned quite a bit, mostly just loved the cheese and whiskey combo. I thought I was only into Bourbon, but they've turned me onto the finer side of Whiskey! Afterward I hung out at the bar and Luke gave me a thorough introduction to quite a few other blends, the food was fantastic as well! 100% Would go again.
