  Great local spot for a walk, picnic and outdoor time with children. Remember to bring 5 euro coins (1, 2, 50 c pieces) for the car park.  more »

  Reasonably expansive woodlands. Fir trees dominant, but there are also some areas of deciduous trees. Good tracks suitable for gentle cycling. Could do with signage at the car park and litter bins would seem appropriate since there is a 5 Euro access charge. Picnic tables are available, but could do with some maintenance. You need to keep an idea of your return route if you explore, signage not a strong point.

  A good forest walk that is well maintained. To enter with your car is 5 euro. A bit steep but I think it's worth it if you're taking the fanily out. However no public toilets, only on site coffee shop. Lovely walking route with gorgeous fauna.
