  • Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Well worth a visit while in Galway. Restaurants and pubs may be crowded when you go in, but be patient and in a short time you will get a table.  more »
  • When for a stroll after the pub to get some fresh out. Streets were clean and there was a great buzz in the pubs, restaurants and shops. Lots of locals and tourists around.  more »

  • My favourite restaurant in Galway. Lovely staff, great food. I highly recommend the sweet potato fries and a stone well cider. The steak is phenomenal but they also have wonderful salads
  • Lovely small restaurant with a great menu and great atmosphere. Tasty food and quick service it's a very small place so you sit close to others but surprisingly you don't feel claustrophobic or like anyone is listening. Staff were very helpful too.
  • Fantastic restaurant, staff are down to earth and friendly. The menu is great, perfect size. I got the wings for starter which were tasty and full of meat and I had the lamb shank for main and as the menu said, it fell of the bone. I washed it all down with a nice bottle of Galway Hooker. The food is amazing and I will definitely be back on my next visit to Galway.
  • Our experience at the quay street kitchen was one of the finest we have experienced so far. The menu was not overwhelming, our waitress Orla provided us with great service, very accurate, friendly and made a calm impression. The food was absolutely delicious. My girlfriend got vegetables and a carrot-chili-coconut soup, I got their daily special cod and chips. Probably the best chips ever. We would definitely recommend going here, as prices were also more than reasonable for the quality of food you're getting.
  • Very small restaurant but very cozy. The menu is nice and the servings are good size and delicious. very recommended
