Blarney Castle & Gardens Reviews
10/10 recommend checking out Blarney Castle. Even though kissing the stone was prohibited while we were there due to Coronavirus, we still loved our visit. Excellent tour of the castle and the... more »
Lovely old castle, the history about the stone is very sweet. The poisoned garden was really worth a sight, not to speak about the rest of the property! Fantastic place. more »
Okay, I did the tourist thing and kissed the Blarney Stone. It was a pretty fun. You have to be able to climb and descend some pretty narrow stairs. The view at the top is amazing. When you kiss the Blarney stone you are held by two men, upside and backwards to kiss the stone. If you look underneath where they are having you kiss you see what looks like antlers stacked at the bottom. It was kind of thrilling. Ireland is a beautiful country, with wonderful people I will keep in my heart forever!
Went early Decembre when it was quiet with no ques. Enjoyed the walk around the castle, kissed a stone, saw some cool rocks an small waterfalls. Worth a visit.
