    Guatemala is noted for their coffee and chocolate. This is one place where you can get artisan chocolates to give as gifts and to eat.  more »

    The chocolate is okay, but I've had some bars that were crumbly and past their time. The choco fruta is some of the best, with a dark chocolate option. The prices for many of the items is much higher....  more »

    We joined the shorter 1 hour class at 1:30. There were 5 of us in the class. We were shown a small museum with a few artifacts, given some interesting history about the cocoa itself and the make up of different chocolates. we were given a few different taste tests and the. Got to make our own chocolates by adding different flavours etc. Great way to spend an afternoon.
