Nice collection of weapons, including a set of Marie Antionette’s hunting gear. In an old nunnery, & a couple of rooms from that time (dating back to the 1200s) have been preserved. You can actually..... more »

with descriptions In english and german we found this museum to be desciptive and interesting. Once inside you'll be surprised how much time you will spend here. A very good local museum. more »

The first floor I found kind of boring. The one thing I found kind of interesting were the Jewish graves and that was really just all that stood out to me or that I could read (because I can't read that much German). The second floor you can only access from two staircases (one in the front and the other to the left of it) and I thought it was fine. I would only complain that most of the stuff I couldn't read because it was all in German and it either didn't have an English translation or it was really hard to find or really small. I also was told this was about Rothenburg and I dont remember there being much about the history of Rothenburg there.

A great collection, well displayed. Well worth the admission. I didn't think I would want to take pictures... I was very wrong! Don't miss this museum.
