Although the 12th-century Chateau de Bridoire is undergoing renovations, the owners opened both the renovated and non-renovated portions to the public in 2012. A visit here is well worth it if you are in the area! We were staying just up the road so couldn't leave without a trip there! I honestly wasn't sure how it would go with teenagers but they honestly..... more »

We came wit the kids and had a wonderful time exploring the old Chateau and it's history, the fat chickens and huge bunny and the medieval games spread across the lawn. We did not have closed toed... more »
