  • If you really like contemporary art, then you should visit the Carre d'Art/Musee d'Art Contemporain. You might like it, or not. We had a quick look and that was all we needed. We love art, but...  more »
  • 90% of the museum is installation art and very poorly done. Nimes is a beautiful city and the retail merchants do a better job of display art than the “so called” installation artists.  more »
  • For architecture buffs, beautiful building designed by Norman Foster
  • The building and view you get once inside is amazing.... but the exibitions are not that great if you don't really know that much about contemporary art. The explanations are all in French which makes it hard if you would like to get to know more. The ticket is also a bit expencive, 6 euro for students.
