  What a delight. Had a stroll and a sit on a boiling hot day. Loads of benches under huge range of mature trees kept us cool while we sat with our lunch and a book. Some of the benches are libraries...  more »

  Très mauvaise agence. Aussi bien pour la vente que pour l'achat. N'ont rien fait pour la vente de notre maison. Nous avons racheté par une autre agence mais ils étaient en inter-cabinet avec AIPC et de nouveau cette agence n'a pas donné les bons conseils aux vendeurs ni à nous. Si vous avez un bien à vendre ou si vous souhaitez acheter ne vous arrêtez pas à cette agence. Deux mois de passer depuis notre achat et les surprises continues. Eau gelée à l'étage car très mauvaise isolation. Les travaux faits, par son ami vendeur, n'ont pas été faits dans les règles de l'art . Il ne pouvait pas l'ignorer étant ami avec les vendeurs. Le DPE que nous avons eu date des anciens vendeurs. Lors de la fonte de la neige sur la toiture, nous avons eu un dégât des eaux, gros problème avec l'électricité, etc... Encore une fois si vous avez a acheter un bien ne vous arrêté pas à cette agence

  Very bad Agency. For sale for purchase as well. Did nothing for the sale of our House. We bought back by another agency but they were in referral with IABC and again this agency gave no advice to sellers or to us. If you have a property to sell or if you want to buy do not stop to this agency. Two months pass since our purchase and ongoing surprises. Water frozen on the floor because very bad insulation. The work done by his friend seller, made in the rules of art. He couldn't ignore it being friends with sellers. ECD we had dated former sellers. During the melting of the snow on the roof, we had a big problem with electricity, water damage etc... Once again if you have to buy a good don't you stopped not at this agency
