Loved the gardens around the castle, we brought our own lunch and had a fantastic view. Because went in lunchtime the castle itself (meaning: the tours) was closed and that meant we had the gardens... more »

Beautiful chateau and garden for a visit and a stroll. Well worth the visit. BUT: The prices in the restaurant are a rip-off compared to what you find on your plate. The staff yet is very friendly... more »

Small and simple restored chateau. Interesting display of the restoration work which is still ongoing in the gardens. A small maze with a central lookout post entertains the little ones. The kitchen garden is also an interesting feature as well as the topiary in the formal garden.

A hidden gem. A bit out of the way but worth the extra kms. Very well preserved castle with amazing ceilings and walls. Wonderful gardens including a boxwood maze. English speaking guide was very good.
