  Rules are meant to be bent or broken when it's very cold, very wet, very windy and very low season in January. Unfortunately the staff at the visitor centre chose to strictly enforce the rules...  more »

  Highly recommended. The castle looks amazing and the Rampart walks are amazing. Easily worth the price. The place is absolutely beautiful and the views are astounding - so much I chose to propose to my girlfriend there.

  Magical medieval village and castle experience. Plan to stay for hours. Have a meal or just a coffee and take time to shop. I suggest the castle tour by voiced machine, but it can be frustrating to use.
