  Is it legal in Finland for a hotel to receive a complain letter from customers and don't answer It? This is what happend ....is this "customers centricity"?... I think they are no very peoffesional...  more »

  Great! Hotel It's on the slopes. The rooms are beautiful with coffee and tea making facilities, you have welcoming staff and included are a gym, swimming pool with sauna-restaurant and ski rental...  more »
