A great old school style pub in the heart of Odense with more beer variations than you can shake a stick at! Carlsens is one of the older bars in Odense with a speciality in beer, especially rare and odd bottles. If you want a Saison followed by an IPA and a coffee stout for desert, this is the place to go. Prices are in the high end, but the service, quality and surroundings are worth it. They also do beer tastings and open faced sandwiches for lunch.
