Artel, Prague

4.4
Artel specializes in handcrafted luxury crystal that blends classic Czech tradition with modern design sensibility. Founded in 1998 by American designer Karen Feldman, the store produces objects of impeccable quality, design, and functionality entirely by hand, using centuries-old production methods. Exquisite mouth-blown, hand-engraved, and hand-cut crystal is available in a dazzling array of vibrant colors and shapes. Each piece features design motifs ranging from elegant geometric patterns to whimsical depictions of plant, animal, sea life, and more. It is also possible for clients to commission “bespoke” glassware by selecting combinations of shapes, colors, and motifs…with worldwide shipping also available. For travelers who use our international travel planner, Prague holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Artel and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.
